Windows 10: Hard drive wipe failure and Wndoiws 10 reinstall

Hello, I've encountered a problem while trying to wipe my hard drive of my backup laptop by using "Reset PC" + "Remove everything and reinstall Windows from this device" option. Yesterday when the process started, after some hours my loading process stopped at 72% for next 6 hours. Later when it was night I decided to just leave it be, hoping the process will be finally over in the morning, but no. In the late morning the loading process was still stuck at 72%, but then something suddenly happened finally but it was just a system scream informing me about how my hard drive wiping operation f
