Windows 10: Hard Driver preventing pc from booting

Hey i was away for 5 days and came back to my pc just not moving past the boot screen. You can't enter bios while stuck on it. It's like my screen is just frozen on it. I tried debugging and removing components one by one and found out that i's my Hard Drive causing this issue Samsung 860 Evo SSD 1TB. I removed it and tried installing Windows on my other 3 Hard Drives and it just wouldn't work. I tried it with the Disk and the USB. There's no errors that come up just a frozen screen.

Fast Startup Preventing my PC from booting

• What is the make and model of the PC/motherboard?
  

In this scenario, we would suggest you to boot the PC to desktop and follow the suggestion as mentioned in this article to disable hibernation:

Once disabled, try connecting the keyboard and mouse to the motherboard USB ports and check.

I appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• What is the make and model of the computer?
• Did you make any changes in the system settings prior to this issue?

I would suggest you to perform ma startup repair and check if the issue persists.

Startup Repair is a Windows recovery tool that can fix certain system problems that might prevent Windows from starting. Startup Repair scans your computer for the problem and then tries to fix it so your computer can start correctly.

Follow the steps below to perform startup repair:

• 
  Press Windows key + I to open settings.
  
• 
  Select Update & security > Recovery.
  
• 
  Under Advanced startup select Restart now.
  
• 
  After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select
  Troubleshoot > Advanced options >Startup Repair.
  

If you are unable to boot to Windows recovery environment through settings, follow the steps below to perform startup repair through an installation media:
