Windows 10: Hard resetting my pc led to “the user profile service failed the sign-in.”

I’ve recently wanted to clean wipe my Desktop/SSD not wanting to save any file. I ended up doing it the next day but during the process it stopped about 80% of the way. From there I couldn’t log into my account due to it saying “The user profile service failed the sign-in.”From here I took the steps to load my computer into safe Mode and proceed with finding my domain , name and sid in the command prompt to look through regedit. This is also on top of my screen being completely white and stuttering.When I accessed regedit my domain did not exist and was completely lost from there for the next

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

I resetted my PC to improve performance and it asked me to put in my password, so I did and it showed "The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded." I restarted my PC multiple times and it still shows the same error.

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.
