    Since there is alot of previous post, with 0 real advice given that worked for me.I'm posting this on how to do itTLDR: You can't find the "advanced power settings" in the "Normal" settings screen.You need to go via the "old" control panel.Type "control panel" in the search bar.Click on "System and security" > "Power options" Click on the "change plan settings"Click on "Change Advanced power settings"This will pop-up a new window, where you can set your harddrives to "0" zero means neverPS, you can paste this in the "Control panel" at the top.Control Panel\System and Security\Power Option

    Powerplan - monitor goes to sleep earlier than set in Power and Sleep: Within Windows 10 x64 on my laptop, I have set the display to turn off after 20 minutes (on battery).
