Windows 10: harddisk wont boot to windows after motherboard replacement

greetings ,


i'm a desktop engineer, i have been changing motherboard of ecselite group to different desktops, after replacing the board the bios prompts message as 'no boot device detected '.How to solve this without the need of re-installation of windows when the OS is already present in hard disk.Some of the motherboards will boot to harddisk after new replacement but some motherboards will not boot.


Please give me the solutions, it will save more time o me.

Bought used computer changed motherboard and windows wont boot

I Bought a Dell AIO Inspiron 3455. It was dead. Replaced motherboard. Ran diagnostic all good but it wont boot. How do I reactivate windows?

 

PC wont boot up (No POST, No Video)

I recently installed a new Asus M5A99X Evo r2.0. The motherboard green LED lights up and the case and cpu fans spin. But there is no video when its hooked up to my monitor.

Steps that i have tried:
"No POST", "system won't boot", and "no video output" troubleshooting checklist

Made sure all connections are properly connected.

Flashing the CMOS

Tested the PSU

Followed all steps in the user manual

If there are any links that you guys can point me to or suggestions that could help it would be highly appreciated. Thank you

 

REplacing motherboard with refurbished motherboard

Hi Keith,

to keep license you need to replace motherboard by warranty. Sorry that are the license terms. If this will be warranty replacement please remember technician to do steps necessary for license keeping.
