Windows 10: Hardisk Wont Spin Down

hi,so ive had problems.so my 4TB and 8TB HDD to the Laptop through USB 3.0 ,was unable to Spin down using my old server laptop,but when im trying it using my primary laptop it does spin down and get into sleeping mode while im setting the APM in CrystalDiskInfo.what do i do wrong?,i guess nothing was connecting to the disk because im not installing or putting any application in the External Drive and i didn;t see any activities on task manager.and how to see disk activities in Windows Server 2022?thanks for replies :

Weird occurrence - desktop won't load, spinning wheel etc

EDIT : I did what you said and tried without G (second time, didn't take screen shots), same error. I did notice that NTFS Primary 3 (NONE) doesn't have a drive letter associated with it?

 

monitor hardisk temp on ahci

How to monitor hardisk temperature when the hardisk is on AHCI? b4 dis i can monitor the temps using everest and speedfan when the AHCI is disable... since i want to get the AHCI advantage, i reinstall my vista with AHCI enabled... now, everest and speedfan wont show the hardisk temps...

i got three seagate sata2 hardisk...

 

Laptop Fan Wont Spin

title says it all.
last night, in the middle of an essay, my laptop forcefully shutdown.
i wondered why until i felt the bottom of it. it almost burnt my hand, it was incredibly hot.
now ive been keeping a close eye on it and i have found out that the only cooling fan on the laptop wont spin. im not sure if it has a temperature threshold or is just broken.

what would you guys suggest be the best cause of action (to both finding out for sure why its doing it, and how to fix it?)?
