Windows 10: hardlock.sys error when installing a program

Hello - I have experienced one of the famous blue screen errors when installing VisionPro 9.2 x64. I followed a few ways to fix the error, but none of them worked. I repaired the registry and executed Windows repair tools to fix it. One thing I noticed is that my registry does not show the hardlock service HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Hardlock. If anybody has ran into the same issue, I would appreciate some insights to find a solution. Thank you.

Sys Tool program

I tried downloading Sys Tool from the TPU home page. Seemed to install Ok but wont run. Just gives me the "has encountered a problem and needs to close" crap, and do I want to send an error report. I'm trying to run it on the system I've got listed in system specs. The MOBO uses the i865 chip set. There's no need to OC this one, other than something to do. Is it just not compatable to begin with and wont work?

The issue might be due to corrupt/missing installation files of the program. Please provide the below information to understand the issue in a better way.

1. Since when are you facing this issue?
   
2. How are you installing the program?
   
3. Which program you are trying to install?
   

Since you have already tried some steps to resolve the issue, but you were unable to fix it. Please let me know the steps which you have tried, so that I will not provide the same suggestions again.

Hardlocked Nokia 5230

I've got a hardlocked Nokia 5230, is there anyway of unlocking it and if so how can i do that?
