Windows 10: Hardware Certification for a driver of TV Tuner card

Hi All,Hoping you are having a great day.Recently, I bought this TV tuner card that came with a driver by the way I reside in the Philippines, and it is exactly the same card down to the last chip and capacitors based on the picturePCI-E Internal TV Tuner FM Tuner MPEG Video Capture DVR Card - Walmart.comAnd installed it in my pc having to turn off Driver Signature Enforcement to make it work.The issue here is that both the driver that came with it and from Windows Update when I download the driver from Windows Update it will give me a blue screen 3xHybr64.sys failed.I was able to turn W

is it compatible with windows 10?

right click on start and select device manager

are there any yellow triangles or "other devices"?

is the tv card visible in the list?

right click on it and select properties, is it enabled?

we understand your inconvenience. We will assist you to resolve this issue.

Please uninstall the TV tuner card and then install it in
compatibility mode and check.

Please follow the steps to uninstall the drivers from Device Manager:

a. Press Windows + R.

b. Type devmgmt.msc and press
Enter

c. In Device manager search for the
device, right click on it and select the option uninstall.

d. Restart the computer and check.

Once you have completed the steps, we suggest you to download and install the latest driver from the manufacturer’s website in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

After you have downloaded the driver:

a) Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select "Properties".

b) Select "Compatibility" Tab.

c) Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and

select the operating system accordingly from the drop down list.

d) Let the driver install and then check the functionality
