Windows 10: hardware driver update

I have a hardware device PCI card attached to a PC in an expansion chassis. There was an update to the driver so I downloaded the new driver from the vendor website, unzipped it into a folder. Ran device manager, right clicked the device and selected "Update driver". Selected "Browse my computer for driver software", selected the folder with the new driver. Windows told me that the best drivers for that device were already installed and didn't update the driver. I displayed the driver details for the device, moved the 3 files shown. I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Click on the Start button, and type “Troubleshooting” on the search bar.
• Click on “hardware and devices”.
• A pop-up will appear, click on the “Next” button and follow the on-screen promts for troubleshooting.
  

Also, update the driver for Keyboard by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
• Expand Keyboards from the list.
• Right click on the driver and select
  update driver software.

Incompatible device drivers are known to operate against the method that Windows 10 follows. We suggest that you run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problem, and attempt to fix the issue automatically. To run the
troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• Right-click on the Start icon and select Control Panel.
• Type troubleshooting in the search bar and click on
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound > Hardware and Devices.
• Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
  

If the issue persists, uninstall the touchpad driver, then follow these steps to check if the issue is driver related:

• Right-click on the name of your PC at the top of the list of devices in
  Device Manager.
• Select Scan for hardware changes to reinstall the device driver, or download and install the latest version from the manufacturer’s website.

Method 1: I suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

• Type in search bar as control panel.
• Then select troubleshooting.
• Click on hardware and sound option.
• Then click on “hardware and devices “and follow the on screen instructions.

Method 2: I suggest you to uninstall the network drivers as below steps.

• Press Windows+X and select “Device manager”.
• Then expand the Network adapters.
• Right click on the driver and uninstall it.

And then go to the manufacturers website download the network drivers, install it and check if the issue persists.
