so when I go on chrome my pc starts to get real slow and I just got it and it says that in the reliability history and my pc is brand new

I continue to receive the error "A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly"...Problem Event Name:
LiveKernelEvent Code: ab now 12-6-16. This error began after October 2016 Patch Tuesday updates. I'm running OS build 14393.479. The error can be seen in the Reliability Monitor of the Control Panel and in the Event Viewer is you care
to view it. Doesn't affect performance. Doesn't alter reliability monitor rating. Tried everything suggested as a remedy but it appeared again this morning 12-6-16. Seems to be a benign error as others have stated. I just like my Reliability Monitor
to be as clean as a whistle. Microsoft please fix.
