Windows 10: Hardware Error Code 124 - Driver Verifier also crashes

Good day,I have recently built a new gaming PC and it is running on Windows 11.While gaming and sometimes while not gaming - I have been experiencing freezes. no BSOD, no auto restart. just stuck with whatever is on the screen.I have run sfc /scannow, it found corrupt files and fixed them, but the freezes continued.After that sfc /scannow is okay.i have run memory tests and everything is okay.I have updated my bios twice and it is on the latest version.I have the latest RTX 4070 driverI have the latest Chipset driver for my 13700K.I have disabled Fast StartupI have disabled XMP for my DDR5 RAM

New build problems

124 is a hardware error, do the step by step of everything. 1 stick of ram at a time, then with a backup gpu, then the hd's etc..

I highly doubt its the mobo but if it crashes no matter the hardware config then MAAAYBE its the mobo
