Windows 10: Hardware error every 1min in reliablity report

I have recently replaced my graphic card and did complete driver wipe AMD DDU and driver download when I installed it since it was not working due to incompatibilities with my previous card driver I assume. Everything seems to be working fine, I've had it for two days and in that time I've got two screen freezes were my only option was a restart. music was playing in the background and applications seems to be ''loading'' since I can move my cursor and its got the working on something circle next to it.


The freezing issues I cannot explain - Since its so new this might simply be two freak occurrences. My issue is really that I keep getting Hardware error messages every minute in my reliability report. I should point out that I hadperhaps the same minute errors with my previous graphic card but these stopped completely when I was without a graphic card for over a month and was only using my motherboard internal intel graphic card.

If its useful info - I have two monitors one 1440p and another standard 1080p with DVI connected to my motherboard intel graphic card.


I remember I had the same issues before, a hardware error every minute but I simply ignored it since it did/does not appear to have any effect.

My previous card had an heating issue so now I've got a new RX 5500 XT Gaming X 8GB.


My Bios has the latest update, my integrated graphic card has an update available that's out just a few days ago but I was unable to update to it for an unknown reason. The driver assistant tells me I can update but when It tries to install its somehow not available on my system.

Other then that all my drivers are up to date.

I've been looking everywhere online but I simply cannot find where the hell I can get info on what type of error this exactly is.

I assume its due to my graphic card since it started basically 12-24h after I had gotten it an wiped everything AMD according to my reliability report there was no errors on the day I got it and did the wipe and driver download.


But what really grinds my gears if its a graphic card issue - I am 100% sure I had hardware error every minutes for I don't know how long with my old graphic card which was like 2-3 month old & in use. Is it my motherboard that's not functioning properly? My previous graphic card was RX 570 so its still an AMD driver based card.

Hardware error in "View reliability history"

Hi Azaruddin,

Thank you for reply. I checked that and it is completely clean and no error. I had hardware error every day in reliability history as shown in the attached screen shot (it also shows that I had all the updates)

 

Cortana Error in Reliability Monitor

I appreciate you for trying some steps in order to get the issue fixed.

If you don't find any error with Cortana, and the issue is only with reliability monitor projecting an error with Cortana. I would then request you to perform DISM and check if the issue is removed.

• 
  Press Windows key, and type CMD in search. Right click on CMD and click on Run as administrator.

    In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    
• 
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  
• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Reliability Monitor - View All Problem Reports Empty

Windows update can reset your system settings and could've affected the information on your reliability monitor. To help us scan and fix your concern, we suggest that you run an sfc scan. Here are the steps on how to:

• Press Windows

  X key.
• Click Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type in sfc /scannow.
• Press the Enter key.

Once done with the scan, try to re-launch your reliability monitor and check if information is now available. If the concern persist, you can restore from a system restore point by clicking this
