Windows 10: Hardware Error Live Kernal Event, Bluescreening afterwards: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, DRIVER...

As of last year, I began to have issues with my pc, I got it pre-built and had no issues with it for 7-8 months. All of a sudden new graphics driver updates seem to cause issues and the pc randomly freezes roughly since June of last year, maybe earlier, unfortunately, I didnt take note of this specific driver version, but after searching online regarding issues with the card I have I found some solutions which resulted in using older drivers prior to the issues. I discovered I had an outdated BIOS, I updated that, but to no avail, sometimes audio cuts out, sometimes it doesnt. Upon finding t

DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSOD

I keep getting this DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION bluescreen, about once per day sometimes more. The computer will freeze and about 30 seconds later the bluescreen will appear and it will restart. This usually happens when watching on Amazon Video and playing a
specific game. I have tried to do research but everything I have done that was suggested, including: installing latest graphics drivers, running Memtest86 (2 passes), and uninstalling AV software has not helped. I have tried to monitor temperatures throughout
and there does not appear to be any unusually high readings.

The crash creates a Critical error in Event Viewer with the following information
