So i keep having these issues as well as issues with nvidia drivers. usually what will happen is my computer will freeze briefly and then come back and if im playing a game it will crash out of the game. so far I have used DDU to wipe and then reinstall nvidia drivers on a couple of occasions now twice that has seemed to solve the issue for about 2 days and then it will come back. My gpu is a 2080 super from evga it is a brand new card after I RMAd my last one. any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated im at my wits end with it

Hardware Error Caused Live Kernel Event

Sometimes even newly-bought hardware can be faulty and affect your computer's performance. Have you checked if this error happens when using a different video adapter?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you use the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter, which is a built-in troubleshooter specifically built to find and fix common hardware issues. To do this, follow these steps:

• Click Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Click Update & Security.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Click Hardware & Devices from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

Additionally, this may also be happening due to outdated drivers. Follow the steps in this

article to update your drivers, then check if the issue persists.

Let us know if the error disappears after following these steps.

Live Kernel Event 141 appeared after my computers hiatus

The error seems to be triggered by the graphics drivers, however the Live Kernal events don’t give much clue about what is causing these types of errors. As you have tried different versions of the display drivers, I would request to upload the dump
files (Minidump) so that we can analyze the crash report before suggesting any troubleshooting steps.

Live kernel event code ab hardware error

It's interesting, I still see this hardware error pop up in reliability history! I looked at the previous occasions and have noted it happens every 7 days on both our machines!!! Of course if I didn't look in reliability history I'd be none the wiser as there is nothing wrong with using the machine other than this apparent erroneous message.

I looked at event viewer, not particulary adept at reading it and what to look for but found Hardware errors and there was absolutely nothing in here. So makes the listing in reliability history all the more cryptic and seemingly totally erroneous!
