Windows 10: Hardware Error - LiveKernelEvent 141 - I don't believe its being caused by my GPU and I...

I've been dealing with this issue for ages. I can't figure it out anymore. I had determined the GPU was the issue after changing GPU's made it stop for weeks. But its back. It has been the bane of my existence for almost 2 years now and it causes various games or programs to crash whenever it pokes its head. LiveKernelEvent 141 Hardware Failure

This error occurs when it is uncertain, but quite often. usually happens when I play any game even when I watch a video on MPC-HC this error sometimes occurs.

My Specs :

• Intel Core i3 3210
• Nvidia GTX 750 Ti
• 4GB 1600Mhz RAM + 4GB 1333Mhz RAM
• ASUS H61M-C Motherboard
• Windows 10 64 bit
• GAMEMAX GP 450 PSU

And when I play dota 2 this error occurs and causes the game to freeze and there is no other way but to force close the game from the task manager.

I honestly don't know what to do. I bought my PC almost a month ago and I upgraded to Windows 11 just a few days after buying my PC. I have RTX 3060ti 8GB DDR6 GPU, i5 12th generation.

Hello There, I am getting the error avobe when I play games .

I have changed many hardwares of my pc like PSU, Motherboard, processor .

Also I had clean installed my gpu driver and I guess my gpu is completely fine because I have tested it on my friends pc and its working fine.

I had reinstalled my windows but nothing is working for me. So now MS community is my last hope .
