Windows 10: Hardware Error

Hello,


My monitor would turn off itself and comes back on. This is a new monitor that I've just got from the computer store. Can someone please help? Each time it happens, it shows HARDWARE ERROR on the Reliability Monitor. The music would keep playing on my Bluetooth speaker while it goes dark and comes back on. See below for one of the logs:

• Click Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Click Update & Security.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Click Hardware & Devices from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

Additionally, this may also be happening due to outdated drivers. Follow the steps in this

article to update your drivers, then check if the issue persists.

WINDOWS 10 PRO CREATOR - BLUETOOTH ERROR

Activity: Power up, i.e. Start

No changes.

Have not installed any drivers.

No troubleshooting steps taken.

Ran suggested Troubleshooter - suggestion was to restart.

Same result.
