After some problems with the energysaving mode in another forum they suggested to use the Inplace upgrade which i did. This upgrade was running without any problem.

The problem before was that the energysaving mode couldn't be ended by mouse click or hit on the keyboard. A restart was always necessary.

Between those errors were some hardware errors as well, maybe the same like this.

    System

    Mainboard ASROCK B450PRO4
    CPU AMD Ryzen 5
Graphics AMD Raden RX Vega 11 Graphics
    16 GB DDR4

    1. HDD: Samsung SSD 860 EVO 1TB
    2. HDD: Toshiba HDWD110

Mouse Logitech Mouse wireless via USB dongle

    MS Keyboard600

I can't say what this error means. Can anyone help?

    kind regards

    Jens

Hardware Error Caused Live Kernel Event

    Hi Anthony,

Sometimes even newly-bought hardware can be faulty and affect your computer's performance. Have you checked if this error happens when using a different video adapter?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you use the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter, which is a built-in troubleshooter specifically built to find and fix common hardware issues. To do this, follow these steps:

    • Click Start.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Click Update & Security.

    • Click Hardware & Devices from the list.
    • Click Run the troubleshooter.

Additionally, this may also be happening due to outdated drivers. Follow the steps in this

    article
to update your drivers, then check if the issue persists.

Let us know if the error disappears after following these steps.
