Windows 10: Hardware issue? Livekernelevent

I bought my laptop a few weeks ago and I've got the sad face blue screen multiple times, and it shows that there is some hardware issue, I checked from where I bought the laptop lenovo and they said that there was no hardware problem can I just have a little more information and a solution to this problem? here is a image for referance.

"LiveKernelEvent" issue

My mother bought an Asus X205TAW computer back in November, and I encountered a few issues.

First, the computer clock was losing time. A BIOS update fixed the issue.

The other issue is that a "LiveKernelEvent" is registered in the Reliability Monitor on a regular basis.
The computer doesn't crash, no BSOD, uptime is not affected.





(The message is in french). It refers to wuaueng.dll, which is related to Windows Update, but there is no error in Windows update.

The only other issue I have is that sometimes the computer doesn't wake up from sleep (black screen). I have to force shutdown (but the "LiveKernelEvent" and that issue doesn't appear at the same time).

Do you have a clue ?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Optical Drive Issue

Appreciate your detailed return. Your added steps really helped.

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?
