Windows 10: Hardware issue where my keyboard keeps pressing random buttons that i am not pressing and...

This issue started a day ago, Even when I do not have any hands on my keyboard or mouse. it isn't constant but usually when I am playing games and i press something on my keyboard it will just spaz out, same with my mouse. I tried a lot of things including checking for any keyboard damage. Anyone have any idea why?

As you have installed the latest drivers for the keyboard and are still facing the issue, I suggest you to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the Search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All in the left navigation pane.
• Click on Hardware and Devices and follow the on-screen prompts for troubleshooting.

Also, suggest you to unplug and plug the keyboard and check if the issue is with the keyboard connection.

There doesn't seem an option to change how much it slows the mouse otherwise.

Method 1: I suggest you to run System File Checker, which will check your system for missing, corrupt or damaged files and attempt to fix them.

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps:

  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.

  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
  
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
