Hardware related question about power supply, or motherboard problem is yesterday when I had power off my pc, during the windows 11 shutdown and update, the RGB lights didn't turn off on motherboard, towards the backside of motherboard where the AORUS logo is, sometimes it turns off fine but lately its been not fully powering off, seems to of been only start happening in last 2 months, in order to get pc to work again, I had to switch the power button off towards where the cord plugs into the pc, I also turned off the power supply power strip, surge protector that I do have the pc plugged into

• Remove all the externally connected devices and cables including the battery.
• Hold the power button for about a minute and release the power button.
• Connect only the power cable and power on the PC.
• Check if the issue persists.
