Windows 10: Hardwire and Wifi access point saying "Doesn't have a valid IP config"

I've seen this error before in my lifetime. But this issue, I've not been able to resolve. I've tried the steps 1-4 here. It's our newest model a dell 5490. I AM able to connect to the visitor network wirelessly on site. But both the wired and wireless access points say "no internet" Running the network troubleshooter gives me the Doesn't have a valid IP Config error. Any ideas?

I tried to reboot wifi.

Troubleshooting can*t help.

Need help wifi doesn*t work at all.

Everything worked fine on win 8.1.

Ethernet and wifi doesn't have a valid ip config

Hello

I am not able to connect to internet, whenever i try to run troubleshooter it shows error

"Ethernet does not have a valid ip config" and "wifi does not have a valid ip config"

I tried to solve this problem by many ways by taking refrence of many online websites.

Things i tried

1. Turn off the fast startup.

2. Uninstall and install network drivers both ethetnet and wifi.

3. Turn off ipv6 in both Ethernet and wifi.

4. Tried cmd commands

4.1 netsh winsock reset

4.2 netsh int ip reset

4.3 ipconfig /flushdns

Etc.

5. Make changes in regedet

6. Reboot the router and changed the lan cable.

7. Manually set the ip and dns of ipv4 in both Ethernet and Wifi.

8. Changed the duplex rate in advanced tab of both Ethernet and wifi.

9. Tried to connect internet via usb tethering, from Mobile.

10. Installed reliable multicast protcol.

11. Uninstall the Antivirus softwares.

Even after doing all this things my problem is not solved, and same error occurs.

What might be the possible cause and its solution.
