Discus and support Harman Kardon Invoke no longer plays iheart radio local stations in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have tried contacting Harman Kardon, Microsoft and iheart radio and I have not been able to find a solution.     Harman Kardon Invoke no longer plays iheart radio local stations


    I have tried contacting Harman Kardon, Microsoft and iheart radio and I have not been able to find a solution. I have 2 Harman Kardon Invoke speakers that have worked really well for the last 6 months or so. I usually ask it to "play iheartradio wnyc". I live in Northern NJ about 25mins from Manhattan, so getting New York public radio has never been problem until recently. When I make the request, the response is "sorry I cannot play that in your region yet." I am however able to hear public radio in Maine or Wyoming (it depends on the day). Why would I be able to get public radio that is so far away, but I cannot get any of my local stations. I have tried asking for stations by their letter names and their number names. I am out of ideas!


    I have updated my microsoft surface and still no change, I have reset the speakers, and no change, I have tried using the speakers with a different windows laptop and still no change. I even ask "play jazz music" or "play classical music" and still nothing except for "sorry I cannot play that in your region." My computer shows my local time, and US as my region, so I am not sure what the problem is. Harman says that the issue is with my surface as the speaker is just a vessel that plays whatever the surface plays, however my surface is able to play music and the local public radio stations. Microsoft has directed me to Harman Kardon and iheart hasn't been responsive.


    Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

    Invoke stopped playing iHeart Radio.

    Has anyone had a problem with Invoke and iHeart radio? Now when I ask to play by favorite station or just play music, it tells me iHeart is not available at the moment. This has been going on for a week or more. I have had the Invoke for a few years.
