Windows 10: Harware Error, LiveKernalEvent 193

I recently bought a PC for myself, it arrived on July 6th and I've already started to have some issues. Since nearly day one of having it I've been having critical events appear in the Reliability Monitor, most being "Windows was not shut down properly" which is incredibly strange since I always shut it down properly. I also had my computer completely freeze up today, though the PC itself didn't turn off, in which I had to turn it off myself.This specific event happened yesterday.Problem SignatureProblem Event Name: LiveKernelEventCode: 193Parameter 1: 804Parameter 2: fffff

I have had a similar hardware error, LiveKernalEvent 193

I am sharing my .dmp and msinfo files here, thanks for any input as I cannot track down what's misbehaving.

Thank you for the suggestion and clear explanation, but it doesn't work. As with the

thread mentioned above

DISM /Online /? already returns error 193

I tried that, I get dism error code 193 even when I try an offline repair

adding any switches past the /online part, even the switch /?, results in error 193
