So frustrating that you can't speak with anyone, you have to come on here to vent. No complaints department, no one to help it is a total disgrace. I am seriously annoyed. My mother has received a supposed warning on her computer. It looks like it has come from a bogus scam and I'm trying to resolve the issue. Its seems like its coming from Microsoft Defender says:"found some infected files not able to remove it because of the group policies permissions, please scan now to remove it manually"Admin login in, an ip address the city and region we live with longitude and latitude... I have a microsoft business account but have forgotten the password. When I clicked on forgotten password, i got an error message saying this password reset page cannot be found. I would like to speak to a human to try to get this resolved. Please can you advise how to do this?

 

How do I speak with an actual human from Microsoft to offer me some customer support?

Thank you for your suggestion. That option still doesn't allow me to speak with a human. It seems absurd that there are this many hoops to jump through to try and talk to a person.
