Windows 10: Has anyone else had problems with Avast? Window 11

On the 17th August I paid £32.95 to renew & upgrade my Ccleaner. But I keep getting the warning shown below. I've emailed their Cstomer Service sic team four times but they've ignored me. I even copied in their CEO but they still ignore me. This is pathetic & disgraceful customer service. Has anyone else here had similar problems?PS To reach a wider audience, I've posted this in both Windows 10 and Window 11. Need I have done this?

1607 update problem with Avast.

Hi,

To troubleshoot your concern about Avast, perform the following:

Repair Avast Antivirus software.

• Press Windows key and X buttons simultaneously.
• Click Programs and Features.
• Look for Avast on the list.
• Click Uninstall/Change.
• Select Repair on the Avast Setup wizard.
• Restart your computer after the setup finishes repairing Avast.

If the issue persist after repairing, consider to uninstall and reinstall your Avast antivirus software.

Avast might have been bundled with a CCleaner update/download....
