Has anyone experienced a problem with Windows Live? My emails are being received but I am unable to send any.

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions

I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• What is the version of your Windows Live Mail? To see the version, open the program and click Alt+F then B on your keyboard.
• When did the issue start?
• Can you receive/send emails when you login to your account using a web browser on your computer?
• Have you tried to repair the Windows Live Mail?

If you haven't tried to repair the Windows Live Mail, please follow these steps and see if it helps.

1. Press Windows + X.

2. Click on Programs and Features.

3. Locate Windows Live Essential then click
Uninstall/Change.

4. When a window appears, select Repair all Windows Live programs.

5. Restart your computer after the repair and check if it helps.

If the issue persists, you may try to remove the account and reconfigure it to check if it helps.

stopped receiving windows live email

I am having the same problem with Windows Live emails not being received by my Samsung Focus Windows mobile phone. I also cannot pin the Hotmail icon to my Start screen. This just started, I was synching fine a few days ago. I can still send messages.
I see all of the emails on my live computer connection, so at least that is working.

I would appreciate an answer from Microsoft as the other remedies suggested are either not applicable to my situation or have not worked.
