    getting windows 10 after factory reset

    I have windows 8.1 and i have all updates that it allowed me to have to this current moment. i had gotten the windows 10 app but i had to do a factory reset and now everything has been re-updated but I still haven't gotten the windows 10 app again. why
    and how can I get it if possible?

    Has anyone gotten thru to support and gotten a resolution for this yet? I've spent a total of about 5 hours on hold, have requested a call back and still haven't talked to a person.

    I have a Surface Pro 3--you'd think it would have upgraded without a problem like this!
