Windows 10: has anyone seen kb 2983588? I have 4 external drives and get log messages

I have 4 external drives and occasionally get log messages that Win10 thinks I should install kb2983588 to resolve addressing issues. I cannot find the kb... anyone out there seen it ever???

I suggest you to ensure you are logged into an Administrator user account and check if you still find the issue. Generally the error message is related to permissions. If you do not have sufficient permissions to view the file/folder/drive you
get this error message. I suggest you to try to take the ownership of the external drive and check if it helps.

        Type in the command takeown /f <drive_name> \ /R /D Y

        You can replace the < drive_name(F)>
        with the target drive name.

unable to rename external hard drive

I tried what you said, but it still says "you need permission to perform this action". I have access to everything on the drive. It is only the autorun.inf that i no longer have access to and because of that when i rename the drive it shows the new name
in disk management but it stays the same in my computer. I am using windows 10 pro.
