Windows 10: Has anything new been down to help with update for the Stream 14

I bought my HP stream 14 with 32gb in Nov. 2017. I had no idea what I was getting other than it was light in weight and under $250. I didn't even turn it on until Feb. 2018. I was able to do the first upgrade but when August 2018 came around I didn't have enough dis space. I was under warranty but had to fight with HP tech support explaining the problem. An hour later he did my update. But the following year since I was no longer under warranty my laptop became a paperweight. I deleted everything that I could that wasn't factory installed but still lacking in space.

I've read that I could do this or that but I have no idea what tech people are talking about. I just resorted to doing a factory reset but it looks like it took me back to 1607, I was hoping I'd get the latest version.

So now what???

Any help for a non techie would be grateful since I'm using a 6 year old Toshiba with all the disk space I'll ever need but it really need to retire.

Adobe flash will not play Xfinity stream on Win10pro

Steps to unblock Adobe Flash Player:

1. Login to Xfinity streaming on your browser.
   
2. If there is a lock sign on the left or right end of the URL/address bar, click on it.
   
3. Scroll down to find Adobe Flash Player and click on Unblock.
   
4. You should be able to stream once the Flash Player is Unblocked.

Intel E5200 Gets Updated, R0 Stepping Coming Up

Intel's Pentium Dual-Core E5200 processor is getting on course for a specifications update. The chip will feature in a new, improved Wolfdale-2M core, spec'd out as the R0 stepping, from its current M0 stepping. The new stepping is intended to add new instructions, power-management features, and bring about changes in the chip-package. A short list of known changes is as follows:

• CPUID changed from 10677 to 1067A
• Power State Indicator (PSI) support with Intel 4 series chipsets
• New instructions - XSAVE and XRSTOR
• New S-spec and MM numbers
• New halide-free chip package

Due to the changed CPUID, users may require BIOS updates to detect the CPU. According to the company, E5200 R0 should be out by April 13.
