I’m hoping that you can help me with a Microsoft Registry issue. I believe multiple of my devices have been hacked, via a hacker gaining access to some of my defunct Microsoft accounts from the earlier 2000’s. I keep trying to get rid of it, and it keeps coming back. I think my registry is messed up, and I believe it is sitting on a partition on my drive I don’t have access to. Here are some steps you can take to remove yourself from the family and regain control of your account:

1. Sign in to family.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.
   
2. Click on More options next to your name and select Leave family group.
   
3. Select Remove to confirm.
   

If you are unable to leave the family group, you might need to remove the consent that was given by the adult who added you to the family.

1. To do that, sign in to account.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.
   
2. Click on Family and then click on Manage consent under your name.
   
3. Remove the consent and then try to leave the family group again.

I have a hacker in computer, what steps to remove, block entrance to computer programs. I tried going to basics, reloading windows...I do not know what steps to take. Please advise.
