    Has someone restored files from ransomware *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ransomware. attack4 years ago i got attacked. I have an Okey acknowledge about technic. But this one o can't crack. It's means a lot for me. It's pictures and videos in different formats.I don't have a back up and the files are on a external hard drive. till i can find a solution. I TB I believe. From time to time i check Google and so on for a solution. But now in almost up to 4 year.So yeah....does anyone restored infected files or now how to. Even if its possible?

    Why has *** Email address is removed for privacy *** appeared at the top of my email address list?

    This has taken over from my other email address and I may have sent emails to engage windows instead of my personal email address, because engage windows has suddenly appeared at the top of my address list.

    Why has this list changed anyway?
