Windows 10: Has the newest update ( KB4579311 ) messed with anyone elses mouse/keyboard drivers?

I installed the preview update for it last week and it messed up my mouse drivers so I uninstalled it and my mouse started working again, so when the update officially came out I installed it again and now my keyboard drivers are all messed up. Anyone else experience this?
