    as described, since the last cumulative update when you go on updates you can no longer click check for updates? it just has when it last checked which shows on mine was a day ago now and no way to force it to check, if this was an intentional feature then its nothing more than completely idiotic and needs re-instating immediately, if its a bug, then fix it asap, i want my pc to be updated at all times not when windows or microsoft decides it should be updated!

    Windows 10: Remove this update

    Hi,

    To address your concern, we suggest that your manually remove or delete you want to stop from installing.

    Please follow these steps:

    • In the Search box, type Check for Updates. Click on it.
    • Click Advanced options.
    • Click View you update history, then Uninstall updates
    • Form the list, choose the update you want to uninstall.

    To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

    Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
    in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
    then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

    How can I remove the option to eject SATA drive from the Windows 10 tray icon

    I suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps:

    • Right click on the taskbar>>select properties.
    • Choose customize option>>settings window pops up.
    • Find select which option appear on taskbar option and click on it.
    • Switch off the option safely remove hardware and eject media.
