Windows 10: Hat has gone on ith my keyboard?

I have searched online to fix this issue, yet nothing has worked. My issue is that my double U key and number too key don't work 9/10 times I press them. I heard it is an issue to do ith my drivers. I check my keyboard drivers and I heard there is supposed to be a HID keyboard device or something like so. The only thing there is some PS/2 keyboard device. I have tried searching for drivers on this device and everything because I sa this issue on another thread. The person who replied gave multiple troubleshooting steps in which didn't work. WWhere can I download this same driver as it is no lo

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

I suggest you to check if the issue persists when you connect another keyboard to your system.

If the issue is with the keyboard, then suggest you to update the keyboard drivers by following the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Device Manager from the list.
  
• 
  Expand ‘Keyboard’ from the list.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and select ‘update driver software’ and follow the prompts.

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
