Windows 10: HATE Windows Spotlight! How to Stop Getting those Horrid Screensaver Images?

I hate that Microsoft makes it difficult if not impossible for many "volume" users-typically employed Microsoft by corporate or government clients-to stop being bombarded by what I for one regard as grotesque and even terrifying desktop slideshow images, which periodically change. Those like virtually caverns, extraterrestrial earth images of hurricanes and cross-sectional underwater photos of melted icebergs I find extremely disconcerting and fatalistic. And we should have to be sent through numerous hoops in Settings to turn this junk off. There should a simple on/off switch accessible via
