Windows 10: have 2 high definition audio controllers but no sound

If i go under control panel view device and printer under hardware and sound. It shows the High definition audio controller with a yellow triangle with a ! in the center. Right clicked check properties and under the hardware tab there are 2 High definition audio controller and both of them has the warning symbol and it says "This device cannot be started Code 10" The only item the computer can pick up is "Digital Audio S/PDIF." When i plug my headphones into the rear audio jack it doesnt detect it too. i know someone asked the same question but this one is code 10 not 12 but the same pro

High Definition Audio Controller BROKEN no sounds



My playback on my computer doesn't seem to detect my speakers or my headphones although it detects microphone inputs:






I checked on my Device Manager and found this:



I don't know if it's normal for the "High Definition Audio Controller" to be under the "System Devices" dropdown. Still, there are two High Definition Audio Controller hardware and the other one is with a warning sign.

And If I open this

, this is what It says:



"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
I don't know the meaning of the code but I've been searching for forums regarding this code and still does not fix my problem. I tried uninstalling the High Definition Audio Controller and reinstalling it with a driver I downloaded from Intel website. After installing it, it's still the same.

Suggest to follow these steps to update drivers and have sound Activated

• Log into computer as Administrator
• Press Windows key + X and
  select Device Manager.
• Search for Sound Video and Game Controllers and expand it.
• Right click on the sound card driver and select
  Update device software.
• “Select Browse my computer for driver software” and move to next
• Choose “let me pickup from a list of device drivers on my computer”
• In the next screen enable check box - show compatible hardware.
• Choose from the list “High Definition Audio Device” and click
  finish.
• Restart the computer and notice sound is active.
• Notice High definition Audio Device driver is provided by MICROSOFT.
