Windows 10: Have a friend who trying to log in to a computer that I recently Wiped but some reason...

Recently wiped a computer and shipped it to my friend.Some reason why he tries to log on, There's a username named Odd which is not me and not sure how it got there. Even using a old password that I have used he is not able to log in. Wondering if there is anyway he can get through it or reset the whole computer again from new.

Any reason for listing the 3820? Socket 2011 is total overkill for what your looking for. Socket AM3+ would be more appropriate.

Wiping computer

Your report suggests that your installation has suffered some damage which prevents Windows from doing a reset. In such stubborn cases I would do this:

1. Create a new media installation disk:
   
   http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install
2. Run setup.exe on this disk.

It would wipe everything, including your data and all applications.

 

Computer wipe fix (system32) (plz help)

I recently bought a pc off my friend and factory reset it and wiped the whole computer. I am new to windows and after the wipe I have been stuck with that error message on a blank desktop. The message is WINDOWS\system32\config\systemprofile. I have
tried looking it up but all the suggestions are just for some update that screwed it up. There are no files or anything on this computer. What should I do?
