Windows 10: Have a Volunteer that needs to Company Portal enrol their machine, getting the error below

Hi,We work with a charity that allows volunteers to work within the business, but we enrol their device with Company Portal so we are able to manage the device incase anything malicious is on their machine. I've been getting this error message and can't find a solution at all, probably done a few hours research on this.I've seen a few things thread's like this link below, which have people experiencing the same problem from around 2 weeks ago. Intune Company Portal

Hello team,

im facing issue while user trying to enroll Iphone with Intune Comapny Portal. User always got message while trying to enroll : update your device settings (user already setted up password in settings) but still got the same and cant pass to other step of
enrollment

Could you pleae help

Company portal shows error message

Hi,

We are getting the below error message when we open company portal for few users.

“This device is already setup in another organization.contact company support for help.”

Anyone has any thoughts on this?

Why can't I download Hulu from company portal?

Good day Jack224! I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. I understand that you are unable to download a certain app from the company portal. If you have already done troubleshooting steps and it was still not working then I would suggest to resort in reporting this to the IT Support of the company where you are working for as it might be visible in the portal but something is broken between that on the backend side that is not allowing for this download to happen.
