Windows 10: Have an issue where a horizontal and vertical line intersect on my laptop's screen.

Have an issue where a horizontal and vertical line intersect appeared on my screen yesterday. Tried updating drivers and did not have any success. Horizontal line does not appear when taking a screenshot of the display.Laptop did not feel warm when I noted the line, but could this be due to overheating?Image:https://imgur.com/a/zAeSAOvAppreciate the help.

Vertical Green line in laptop's screen

As I was out of the city, I couldn't open my laptop. When I came back and opened my laptop then there was a vertical horizontal line of the screen. I tried to fix it by updating driver also but it failed. So please suggest me some way to get out of this.

 

Lenovo 14s display - unreadable with horizontal and vertical lines.

Today my Lenovo 14s screen is now showing all horizontal and vertical lines, and is absolutely unreadable. Even the red Lenovo boot screen is all horizontal lines, and unreadable. Suggestions. By the way, the warranty expired on October 31, 2023, like just ten days ago. *Banghead Not that it really matters, but Win 10 64 2H22.

 

Vertical and Horizontal Lines

I was away this morning and my Windows 10 computer performed a major upgrade. The result is that I now have two gray horizontal lines and two vertical gray lines on my screen. They form nine rectangles that overlay every program. I checked screen settings,
etc and nothing works. My system, computer and monitor, is from ASUS and worked fine until the "update."
