Windows 10: Have brand new HP AIO desktop pc and for PC diagnostics, pc tells me that present version...

Upon checking out my new pc, I happened upon HP PC hardware diagnostics and the message that I rec'd from my pc was that the hardware diagnostics has been updated and that I should go to www.hp.com/Techcenter/PCDiags I couldn't really find anything regarding an update or where to go for that.Any feedback would be appreciated.I have windows 11 AIO desktop pc, hp.Many thanks, efkorman716

HP ENVY20 do10t AiO Desktop PC


I have an HP Envy20 d010t AiO touchsmart pc and just installed win 10 and it has been working fine and I restarted it today and the power button lights and the fan goes but the screen remains black. I can use my mouse but not my keyboard and every few minutes it sleeps for seconds then comes back yet the screen stays dark.

Just bought a new desktop pc. can any body tell if I can use the same password and email and then just sign in as normal. Or do I have to change any thing.

Would be grateful for any suggestions or advice
