    media creation tool taking too long to get files ready

    hi,

    so as per the instructions of the microsoft help desk, i have to make an upgrade in order to fix my pc.. i have downloaded the media creation tool. the 'getting a few things ready is taking too long'.. why is it taking sooooo long(almost 6 hrs. still the
    same..) any way to speed this up?
