    I couldn't open an Excel spreadsheet a couple of weeks ago and was advised by experts in another forum to run Windows Repair. It was a disaster. Not only have I lost 12 years' medical records but my Office App has been corrupted. Even my E drive File History & G Drive Daily records have been trashed.I was advised to uninstall then Reinstall my Office App but it is still corrupt, showing pages of hieroglyphics. I was then advised to run the sfc /scannow command but it's still corrupted.System Restore didn't work - it didn't ask me to restore the laptop to a date before the pr
