Windows 10: Have I been hit by a virus?

Have I been hit by a virus.? My Toshiba pc will not boot “Boot failure: A proper digital signature was not found. One of the files on the selected boot device was rejected by the Secure Boot feature”. The following day I had 3 unsuccessful attempts to access my Microsoft account followed by 2 successful logins. I have changed my Microsoft password. What else do I need to do to recover my PC and to my accounts? Can they gain access to anything else on my PC?My pc normally boots from ssd but I also have a 2nd hard drive with windows on too. If I change to boot from this instead, I get the same
