Windows 10: Have I been locked out of my laptop? URGENT?

I got the error update.exe.net framework initialization error when trying to open up apps on my laptop. I ahve rea the community posts but the solutions either wont work for me or I can access them as I can not use my windows button or the search bar at the bottom of my screen. They completely don't work and I don't know why. I can use key commands they do work except for the window key on its own that does not work. I have no idea how to fix things as nothing seems to work. I badly need help and I do not know what to do. I cant run an antivirus scan as I can access that app either nor can i

Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.





Would suggest checking for updates for the softwares listed and installing updates if available.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
