    Where is my goggle toolbar *cry I saw it as normal when it 1st installed now when I click on Explorer it's not there this new browser *Mad I hate it, REALLY I do! I need my bookmarks, tried 2 sounds cards *What neither if them work, even did a compatibility troubleshoot NOTHING I'm going back to Windows 8.1, I'm not going to spend $$$$ on a new sound card why couldn't these Manufacturers update this stuff when Windows 10 came out such B.S.

    I have 8 gb ram installed but it says i have only 3.43 gb usable.

    It's a 64 bit windows,i have attached the pc info in my first post.

    Are you using a 32 bit edition of windows?

    a 32 bit Windows version only handles 4 GB of RAM, while a 64 bit one can handle hundreds of GB's.

    You would have to do a clean Install if you wish, provided your processor is a 64 bit processor.
