Windows 10: Have no admin on hp laptop an uac has no yes option.

Windows 10 an have accidentally set only user from administrator to standard. Uac has no yes option. Everything I try it says need be logged in as administrator. Can't activate default administrator by going to advance settings. Safe start. Everything I have seen on internet has not worked

• Then type uac, and then click Change User Account Control settings.

• To turn off UAC, move the slider to the Never notify position, and then click
  OK. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. You will need to restart your computer for UAC to be turned off.
• To turn on UAC, move the slider to choose when you want to be notified, and then click
  OK. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

No family and other users option in User Accounts & No admin acct.

G'day all Trying to resolve not having an Admin Account on my wife's HP laptop. 1. In the UAC's there is no ' Family and Friends/Other People' option showing. Hence can't go the usual route to make UA changes. 2. Whatever methods I try, always the Admin pop up requires Admin pword which, of course, does not exist. 3. Even using CMD lines I am still blocked by Admin pw request. 4. Netplwiz ? Same block by Admin pw request 5. I wonder (Mae West said "Why wonder") if Family/Friends option could have been deleted?
