Windows 10: have order number but cannot place order

Discus and support have order number but cannot place order in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; HI-- i have an item in my cart but get this error when trying to place the order.     Change Wireless Network Connection Priority Order in Windows 10


    Hello Denis, have order number but cannot place order :)

    The command in step 2 of Option Two should show your wireless networks listed in priority order. Top of the list is higher.

    Can the order of the favorites be changed in Spartan?

    I've been testing Spartan but I can't find a way to move things around in the favorites list. It puts everything in alpha order. Any suggestions?

    Order Processing

    I orderd windows 10 on usb from the site and recieved an email stating that my order was having problems processing and to call the number to sort everything out but once i called the number my order didnt exist even though the payment was already taken
    from my account. What should be my next step?
