    Hello,My PC has started to suddenly freeze with a blue screen, with the message:Stop CodeATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NO EXECUTE MEMORYSystem Service ExceptionThe operating system is Windows 10 64-bit.Version 10.0.19045I have tried to scan RAM through mdsched.exe few times can found no issue.I have also run system file checker SFC /scannow but no luck.I attempted to resolve the blue screen issue through upgrade to Windows 11, but the installation kept interrupted in the middle and back to Windows 10. And it turns out that blue screen happened more frequent than before 1-2 times a day.I have pla

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft Community.

    ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NOEXECUTE MEMORY Blue Screen of Death error appears when a device driver attempts to execute a program from a non-executable area of the memory. An error in the RAM (Random Access Memory) can also cause this BSOD error.

    If you are using a built-in webcam, then, update the webcam driver and check if that helps.

    • Press 'Windows key + X' and choose 'Device Manager'.
    • Under 'Imaging devices', right-click on the webcam driver and update the driver.

    Also I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article and check if it helps.

    Good and bad news. Thanks to your instructions, my pc doesn't crash when I open my webcam, but when I do, it tells me that my camera can't be found and comes up with the error code 0xA00F4244 (0x80070005). Any ideas? Thanks for help on the initial question
    by the way Have the Error Code ATTEMPTED EXECUTE OF NO EXECUTE MEMORY 90% and System Service Exception... ;).

    Attempted execute of no execute system error

    I changed the name of the computer i bought just months ago. The compiter asked me to restart it and it is now showing attempted execute of no execute system error and is not allowing me to go beyond even the login page.please help me
