Windows 10: Have to restart my PC everytime to make it work fine but it starts to lag again.

I am using Dell windows 10 pro, PC. When ever I start my system it lags a lot like if I go to yt even reaching yt takes a lot of time so if I restart my system it works fine and then after some time it starts to lag again... I am tired of this and I tried to upgrade my nvidia geforce driver too but it is also showing error. Does anyone know the solution.. pls help..and one more thing I tried to launch "marvel rivals" it showed me this prompt"DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system version 1909 or later and upgrade your graphics card d

I restarted the PC then game worked fine with the charger also but after sometime it started to lag again on both chraging and on battery.

I am facing a lag in my games when I plugged in charger while game works fine without charger.

PS. I also did the hard reset of my PC still no help.

 

Camera lags with Zoom, but works fine with Google Meets.

When I try to use my camera in a Zoom conference there is a significant lag in the video. However, it works fine using Google Meets with the same number of participants. I need Zoom to work. Any suggestions?

 

Windows Audio doesnt work, everytime a restart is required to bring back the audio

Thanks for providing suggestions. I have tried all the listed troubleshooting before I raise an question over here.

None of the things helped....in few steps it makes Audio work(Only because of the Restart that is made) again if I shutdown my system and start back after couple of minutes/hours audio doesn't work.
