Windows 10: Have Win10 1909, need to upgrade to 21H2 OFFLINE

I have a windows 10 1909 that needs to be upgraded. It is in an offline network and is a hardened Win10 installation. I tried using wsusoffline but it essentially did not work. I did not create the installer package, my boss did. Would this be the best way to upgrade? I have questions on wsusoffline itself, like on the OS version selection page what versions of Win10 do I select? I am going in circles at this point. Does the tool reference the machine it is running on and get updates for that installation or ALL updates for the selected versions? This machine has loads of software running on i

Offline upgrade of Win10 21H1 to 21H2

Hi, I was wondering if there is any way to upgrade Win10 21H1 to 21H2 in an offline environment?

Is there other option other than Windows Update or WSUS?

Then Please send the useful steps to do that...

By changing windows version 1909 to 21H2 does it removes all files(music, videos, software,etc.) present in my laptop or it is safe, nothing will be deleted.

Now I am not getting critical updates for windows version 1909.

Please anybody give suggestion regarding this matter.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

You can download the Windows ISO on another online PC, then transfer that to the offline PC to upgrade from 21h1 to 21h2

to download the Media Creation Tool (Click on Download Tool Now), with that you can download the latest Windows 10 ISO (Select Create Installation Media for Another PC), then choose ISO, not USB

When the ISO file completes downloading, use a USB to transfer it to the offline PC

Then, in Windows File Explorer, double click the ISO and then run Setup.exe and select the upgrade option.
